About pricing.
How is a use case different from an agent?
An agent is how the work gets done; a use case is the result you want. A use case may need one agent or several. We price the result, so you never have to guess how many agents to buy.
What if acceptance fails?
We keep improving against the agreed examples until they pass. If it truly can’t be achieved, you don’t pay the balance.
Can we buy implementation without operation?
Yes. We handle issues for 30 days after launch; after that we quote per request, or you can start operation at any time.
How are models and servers billed?
At cost, preferably on your own accounts and billing. Clients in mainland China use domestically registered models by default.
Does the pilot turn into a paid plan?
No. We review the pilot together and you decide. If you continue, the pilot becomes your first use case.
