Scope#
This policy covers Tenon’s website, Tenon Account, our products and the agents we build for you.
Prohibited content#
- Content that endangers national security, incites subversion, or promotes terrorism or extremism.
- Pornography, gambling, violence and any other content prohibited by law.
- False information, impersonation, or content likely to mislead the public.
- Content that infringes others’ intellectual property, trade secrets, likeness, reputation or privacy.
- Discriminatory content based on ethnicity, belief, nationality, region, gender, age, occupation or health.
Prohibited conduct#
- Accessing, scanning or attacking our systems or anyone else’s without authorisation, or bypassing access controls or usage limits.
- Sending spam, mass harassment, or using automation to pose as a real person.
- Processing sensitive personal information without separate consent, or collecting or trading personal information unlawfully.
- Reselling or sublicensing our services without written permission.
Decisions that need a person#
Agents can draft, summarise and remind, but decisions on hiring, credit, medical matters, legal advice, external commitments and payments must be reviewed and made by an authorised person.
When you publish AI-generated content, label it as required and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Enforcement#
We may remove content, restrict, suspend or end service, and report to the authorities where necessary. For minor issues we notify you first and give you time to fix them.
