Scope#
These terms apply when you visit tenon.asia and its subdomains, register for and use Tenon Account, or use the free products and services Tenon makes publicly available. “Tenon”, “we” and “us” on this page mean Tenon AI and its operator.
Individual products may have supplementary rules, published in the product. Where they differ from these terms, the supplementary rules apply to that product.
Paid services and contracts#
Free pilots, use case delivery and ongoing operation are governed by the pilot agreement or technical services contract both parties sign, including its annexes on scope, fees, acceptance, service levels and data processing.
Prices and descriptions on the website introduce our services and are not an offer. Final scope and price follow the written quote and contract.
Tenon Account#
Register Tenon Account with a real email address you can access, and keep your password and sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for activity under your account; if someone else is using it, change your password and contact us right away.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account page. What deletion covers, and how backups are handled, is described in the Tenon Account Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use#
When you use our website, products and agents, follow the law and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, suspend or end use that breaks the policy, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
AI-generated content#
Content generated by agents and products comes from models and the material you provide, and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Have the responsible person check important external replies and any contract, financial, legal, medical or HR decision before use.
Agents we deliver are for your internal staff by default. Before opening one to the public, tell us in writing so we can agree who the service provider is and complete the required registration and content labelling.
Intellectual property#
Text, design, trademarks and software on the website belong to Tenon or their respective owners. Do not copy, modify or use them commercially without permission.
Material and data you provide remain yours. We use them only as needed to provide the service, never to train models and never for other clients. Ownership of custom work in paid projects follows the contract.
Changes and availability#
We keep improving the website and products and may change, pause or retire features. We announce significant changes that affect you in advance on the website or in the product.
The website and free products are provided as is. We work to keep them reliable but do not promise a specific availability; service levels for paid services follow the contract.
Limitation of liability#
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made on unchecked AI output. This does not limit liability for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Significant changes are announced in advance; continuing to use our services after they take effect means you accept them.
Governing law and disputes#
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they go to the competent people’s court where the operator is located.
